With over 20 years of leadership experience, Steve Gfell (pronounced “Fell”) specializes in designing high-impact programs that strengthen team dynamics and drive organizational success. A Certified Master of The Leadership Challenge and a Certified Coach in the Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI), Steve brings a results-driven, collaborative approach to leadership development, helping individuals and teams clarify their vision, sharpen their strategies, and achieve meaningful outcomes.

Steve’s leadership journey spans 15 years as a secondary school administrator, where he guided teams, developed talent, and fostered a culture of excellence. Transitioning into Human Resources, he has served in progressively senior HR roles, including Talent Management Consultant, Director of Learning & Development, and Director of Human Resources. His expertise extends to workforce strategy, leadership development, and organizational culture transformation.

Certified in Predictive Index and the Denison Organizational Culture Assessment, Steve leverages data-driven insights to enhance leadership effectiveness and optimize team performance. His depth of experience across education, talent management, and corporate leadership enables him to equip leaders with the tools they need to navigate change, inspire their teams, and achieve lasting impact.
